Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service compressors and related equipment across the North West. The role includes full training on compressors, a company van, overtime, and clear progression paths within a leading industrial group.

You will typically be field-based from Ashford and will have a Monday–Friday schedule with on-call opportunities to boost earnings. A background in mechanical or electrical systems is preferred, along with a full UK driving license.

Qualifications

• Background in Mechanical or Electrical systems.
• Full UK driving license required.
• Willing to travel across the UK to service sites.

Responsibilities

• Service and maintenance of compressors, pipes and related equipment.
• Covering the North West region with door-to-door pay.
• Overtime opportunities and on-call rotations.
• Mon–Fri, 8:30am–5pm, 40 hours per week.
