Job summary

Linde Material Handling in Buckley area is seeking a motivated Field Service Engineer to cover our local customer base. You will diagnose and repair forklift trucks and material handling equipment, performing preventative maintenance and servicing on-site at customers' sites.

The role requires a full UK driving license, the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, and a proactive approach to safety and quality. We offer extensive training, a competitive salary, and a benefits package.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) preferred.
• Full UK driving license required.
• Experience as forklift/plant technician or similar preferred.
• Comfortable using IT systems for records and orders.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues on forklifts and material handling equipment.
• Carry out preventative maintenance and routine servicing.
• Travel to customer sites and provide high-quality service.
• Maintain accurate documentation of work orders and parts used.
