Job summary

Linde Material Handling, a global leader in forklift trucks and warehouse equipment, is seeking a Field Service Engineer to join our UK team. You’ll diagnose and repair a wide range of lifting equipment, perform preventative maintenance, and service customers across the South East and beyond.

The role offers a competitive salary, 40- or 45-hour weeks, plus van and fuel card, pension, and ongoing training. You’ll need a full UK driving licence and the ability to work autonomously while delivering

Qualifications

• NVQ 3 (or equivalent) in a relevant engineering field.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience as forklift technician or plant fitter.
• Willingness to travel and work varying shifts.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair forklift and material handling equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and safety checks.
• Travel to customer sites and provide on-site support.
• Maintain service records and customer relations.
