Ernest Gordon Recruitment is recruiting for a Mobile Service Technician (Electrical / Automotive) in Bournemouth. The role offers £40,000 - £44,000 plus overtime, door-to-door pay, bonus, full training and a company vehicle with a fuel card.

You will service and repair forklifts and materials handling equipment across a local patch, with a focus on first-time fixes and customer satisfaction. Full UK driving licence is required; in-house forklift training is provided to start your career in this

Qualifications

• Experience as Automotive Technician or similar engineering background.
• Strong mechanical, electrical and/or hydraulic fault-finding skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain, and repair forklifts and materials handling equipment.
• Diagnose faults across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and electronic systems.
• Attend customer breakdowns and carry out planned preventative maintenance.
• Deliver excellent customer service while minimizing equipment downtime.
