Job summary

Baoli Material Handling is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service Baoli forklifts and related material handling equipment across the Liverpool, Warrington, and Preston areas. The role involves hands-on diagnostics, preventative maintenance, and strong customer support with travel to client sites.

You will diagnose issues, perform maintenance, and ensure fleet reliability, while working autonomously and within a team.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) qualification.
• Comfort using IT equipment for record-keeping and orders.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence.
• Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues to keep equipment running at peak efficiency.
• Perform preventative maintenance and essential check-ups on Baoli forklifts and related equipment.
• Travel to customer locations to service equipment and build strong relationships.
• Represent the company professionally, delivering high-quality customer support.
