Job summary

Linde Material Handling is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service and maintain a range of forklift trucks and material handling equipment across customer sites in the UK. The role involves diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance to ensure peak equipment performance.

You will travel to customer sites, work autonomously and as part of a team, and receive world-class training and ongoing development. A full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) preferred, not essential.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Able to work autonomously and in a team.
• Experience with forklifts and plant equipment is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues on Linde forklifts and related material handling equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and safety checks to keep fleet in optimal condition.
• Travel to customer locations, service equipment, and build strong client relationships.
• Keep accurate service records using IT systems and report findings to the customer.
