Job summary

A leading materials handling business is looking for a Field Service Engineer to service and repair forklift trucks and other Material Handling Equipment at customer sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background, a recognised mechanical engineering qualification, and a full UK driving license. Offering a salary of £30,000 - £42,000 plus overtime and benefits.

Overview

Field Service Engineer - FLT and MHE

Location: Covering Milton Keynes and Surrounding Areas.

Salary: £30,000 - £42,000 (Depending on Experience) + Overtime

Hours: Monday to Friday (Days)

We are seeking a Field Service Engineer to join a leading materials handling business, servicing and repairing forklift trucks and a range of other Material Handling Equipment (MHE) at customer sites.

Responsibilities
  • Service and repair forklift trucks and other Material Handling Equipment (MHE) at customer sites.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Strong mechanical background - ideally from forklifts, automotive, plant or similar.
  • Recognised mechanical engineering qualification (NVQ, City & Guilds or equivalent).
  • Full UK Driving Licence is essential.
  • Previous field service experience is advantageous but not essential.
