Job summary

EDSB Compliance Solutions are a national provider delivering Fire & Security, Electrical, Mechanical and Building Services across the UK. The Service Engineer will maintain and commission systems, demonstrate them to clients and complete compliant documentation.

The role requires electrical/mechanical installation experience, a full driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide. Strong timekeeping, safety focus and client-facing skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven background in electrical and mechanical installations within fire and security.
• Good understanding of health and safety standards.
• Willingness to travel nationwide and stay flexible with hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide first line fault finding and rectification.
• Complete small works installations and commissioning.
• Hand over systems with client demonstrations and handover documentation.
• Maintain SSAIB-compliant paperwork and tablet-based documentation.
• Be part of an on-call rota for out-of-hours support.
• Ensure health, safety and welfare of self and team on site.
