Job summary

Jungheinrich is seeking a Field Service Engineer to join our customer service engineering team covering the Birmingham area. The role involves servicing, repairing and maintaining a range of Jungheinrich material handling equipment at client sites, with a focus on reliability and safety.

The successful candidate will have a mechanical and electrical bias, a full driving licence, and prior experience in a customer-facing maintenance environment.

Qualifications

• Must have full driving licence.
• Experience in maintenance/service of industrial equipment is preferred.
• Electrical and mechanical bias with hands-on problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Visit client sites in the Birmingham area to service, repair and perform preventative maintenance on Jungheinrich material handling equipment and forklift trucks.
• Manage and control parts stock and complete service reports and timesheets.
