Job summary

360 Resourcing Solutions is seeking a Field Service Engineer with an electrical bias to cover Milton Keynes and surrounding regions. You will travel to customer sites to perform preventive maintenance and occasional repairs, ensuring safety and reliability of specialist systems.

The role involves installation, commissioning and training support, plus updating the management system and building strong customer relationships. A van, fuel card, pension, and bonus enhance the package.

Qualifications

• Multi-skilled engineer or electrical bias technician with multi-site experience.
• Proven background in Electrical, Pneumatic, and PLC fault finding.
• Fault finding and servicing experience.
• Strong customer-focused approach with good time management.

Responsibilities

• Attend customer sites as scheduled to meet department commitments.
• Carry out Planned Preventive Maintenance and occasional repairs to high standards.
• Assist installation, commissioning and training projects; ensure high install quality.
• Update the electronic job management system daily with relevant information.
• Develop profitable relationships to promote the Technical Service Department.
• Manage tools, parts and equipment in line with procedures.
• Be a multi-site engineer with electrical bias and adaptable travel.
