Field Service Engineer - Electrical Bias

Salary: £42,000 - £43,000 + Overtime (OTE £48,000 - £54,000)

Service Engineer or Maintenance Engineer with an interest for cutting-edge technology and the desire to further develop your skills.
This is an excellent opportunity for an Electrical Bias Field Service Engineer to join a dynamic team and receive specialized training on complex machines and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Installation & Commissioning: Lead the setup and integration of advanced machinery at customer sites.

Repair & Maintenance: Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical and electronic systems.

Calibration & Modifications: Ensure optimal machine performance with precision calibration and necessary system upgrades.

Preventative Maintenance: Conduct routine checks and services to ensure equipment reliability.

Customer Support & Training: Deliver on-site customer training and assist in-house as required.

Team Collaboration: Provide support to both internal and external teams to ensure smooth operations.

Ideal Candidate:

Qualifications: NVQ, ONC, HNC or equivalent in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field.
Full Apprenticeship .
Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in the repair and maintenance of electrical/electronic equipment.

Other skills: Knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems would be beneficial.

Travel: Willingness to stay away from home on average 2 nights per week. Some international training (a few months) will also be required.

Driver's License: Must hold a valid UK driving license.

Attractive Salary: £42,000 - £43,000 base salary, with potential earnings of £48,000 - £54,000 OTE through overtime.
