Job Description
  1. Carry out service and repairs on customer sites safely, professionally, and cost-effectively, maintaining documentation per Health and Safety and Quality procedures.
  2. Work according to a planned schedule of service and maintenance jobs at client premises.
  3. Monitor van stock levels for daily maintenance needs.
  4. Conduct inspections and monitor safety of repaired and maintained trucks.
  5. Accurately complete job sheets, timesheets, and parts paperwork within required timescales.
  6. Manage equipment and tooling, ensuring safety and functionality.
  7. Work within strict schedules and deadlines.
Candidate Requirements

Knowledge of at least one of the following areas is required, with willingness to undertake additional training:

  • Mechanical engineering
  • Electrical engineering
  • Hydraulics

Must be able to work independently and as part of a team, with good communication skills, high standards, and ability to meet deadlines.

Vacancy Details

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 08:00-16:30 with 30 mins lunch

Company Vehicle: Van and fuel card provided, private use allowed (tax regulations apply)

Holidays: 25 days plus bank holidays
