Job summary

HSB Technical is seeking a Field Service Engineer to perform maintenance and repairs on generators and UPS systems. This role is home-based and covers Hampshire, Berkshire, West Sussex, and Surrey.

The ideal candidate should have experience with critical power equipment and hold an engineering qualification. Responsibilities include conducting inspections, load bank testing, and ensuring safety regulations are followed.

Qualifications

• Experience in fault diagnosis and repairs on generators and critical power equipment.
• Knowledge of control systems and related equipment.
• Full UK driving license required for traveling in the Hampshire area.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on generators and UPS.
• Conduct load bank testing and inspections of critical power systems.
• Assist in installation and commissioning of equipment.
• Plan and oversee onsite work ensuring safety regulations.
