A hands-on, field-based role to repair our parcel lockers on client sites. Tasks include break-fix, maintenance, software configuration, quality control, and providing technical support and training to employees and subcontractors. You will also be involved in developing new solutions and maintaining technical documentation.
We’re looking for individuals ready for a fast-paced environment, who enjoy problem solving, and can balance current tasks while building for the future. Drive, curiosity, and a desire to do things differently and brilliantly are essential.
This role requires occasional training and visits to our office in Hemel Hempstead and coverage of the Crawley area.
