Job Title: Field Service Engineer – Commercial Coffee Machines
Location: London & Surrounding Areas
Salary: £30,000 – £38,000 (Depending on Experience)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule: Monday to Friday + 1 in 4 Weekend Rota

About the Role:

TXP is recruiting on behalf of a leading provider of commercial coffee machines, known for delivering high-quality coffee solutions to businesses across hospitality, cafés, bars, and workplaces. As the company continues to grow, we’re looking for a skilled and passionate Field Service Engineer to join their London-based team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with hands-on experience in coffee machine maintenance and repair who is looking to join a supportive, forward-thinking company.

Key Responsibilities:

* Install and commission commercial coffee machines at customer sites
* Diagnose faults and carry out repairs and preventative maintenance
* Perform boiler inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards
* Log service jobs and complete reports using an online system
* Order and fit replacement parts, including warranty processing
* Deliver excellent customer service and technical support
* Work closely with the Service Manager to improve service delivery
* Follow all health and safety procedures

What We’re Looking For:

* Previous experience as a field-based coffee machine engineer
* Skilled in working with traditional espresso machines, bean-to-cup systems, brewers, grinders, and hot water boilers
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and laptops
* Passion for coffee and coffee technology
* Full UK driving licence
* PSSR training (preferred but not essential)
