Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is seeking a Service Engineer to join a leading distributor of Milling Machines, covering a regional patch across Reading and surrounding sites.

You will install and repair CNC Milling Machines on customer sites, with training and progression opportunities, plus a structured bonus scheme Ideal candidates are Maintenance Engineers with Machine Tools/CNC background, willing to travel and stay away occasionally, and enjoy a long-term field-based career with company

Qualifications

• Maintenance engineer with experience in machine tools or CNC machinery.
• Background in servicing milling or manufacturing machinery.
• Willingness to travel regionally and stay away occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Undertake reactive maintenance and installation on CNC milling machines.
• Cover sites across a regional patch with occasional overnight stays.
• Participate in initial and ongoing training to upskill.
