What You'll Do:
Carry out planned and corrective maintenance (PPM and remedial) on a variety of medical devices
Work to manufacturer specifications and quality standards
Collaborate closely with the Team Leader to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Ensure accurate and timely completion of service records and administrative documentation
Travel to various customer sites and represent Sodexo with professionalism and care
Maintain safe working practices in line with health and safety policies
Consult with third-party suppliers for parts and quotes
Maintain tools, test equipment, and spare stock
What You Bring:
At least 2 year’s experience in a biomedical engineering environment
Full UK driving licence
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Understanding of service-level KPIs and commitment to quality standards
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A proactive and problem-solving approach
