Field Service Engineer ATM / IT

Location:

London, Birmingham, Manchester

Contract Duration:

Minimum 2-month contract with potential extension to 3-4 months

Salary:

£160 pay Inside IR35

Overtime Hourly Rate:

£18.83 per hour

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday (On-call weekends may apply)

Working Day:

8.5 hours per day, 30 minute unpaid lunch

About the Role:

We are currently seeking experienced IT / ATM Field Service Engineers to join our team in London, Birmingham & Manchester on a 2-month minimum contract, with the possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform first-line maintenance tasks on ATM machines, including card machine swaps and printer calls
2. Handle hardware issues related to terminals and printers
3. Service up to 5 calls per day
4. Van and fuel card provided

Requirements:

1. Previous experience in field service or similar technical roles such as Electrotechnical, ATM, and EPOS machines
2. Excellent customer service and communication skills
3. Ability to work independently and follow established processes
4. Must be flexible for weekend on-call shifts if required
5. Full UK driving license
6. Clear DBS
