Base salary: with possibility to earn performance-related bonuses plus overtime.

Full Time, 40 hours per week, plus one Saturday per month on a rotating schedule.

Domex is actively hiring qualified Electrical Engineers/Technicians to join our Domestic Appliance Repair team in the United Kingdom. What will your responsibilities be in this role?

1. Performing diagnostics and servicing repairs on kitchen appliances in customers' homes, including washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, electric cookers, and refrigerators.
2. Visiting customers within a Greater London postcode area.
3. Managing your day using a user-friendly mobile app, including parts in-take, returns, technical information, and job completion.
4. Maintaining communication with both customers and the office, providing updates and addressing issues where required.

What skills and experience do you need?

1. A comprehensive understanding of electrical principles, acquired through a combination of education and work experience.
2. Higher technical qualification, e.g., Degree in Engineering, Electronics, or Electricals.
3. Experience in a hands-on trade, e.g., Electrician, Technician, Electrical Engineer, Service Engineer, Maintenance Engineer.
4. Possession of a valid manual car or motorbike driving licence and comfort with daily driving.
5. A customer-centric approach focusing on delivering excellent service and meeting customer needs.
6. A strong commitment to relocating to Greater London on a 3 year skilled worker visa and building a rewarding career as an Appliance Engineer.
