Job summary

1st Step is seeking a Field Service Engineer to cover the Hampshire region. You will perform electro-mechanical service and maintenance on pumps, motors, and control panels with full training provided.

The role includes a local Hampshire patch, no on-call, and rarely staying away overnight, with overtime, a company van, pension, and holiday included. The ideal candidate has electro-mechanical service experience, fault-finding skills, and familiarity with water treatment or related industries.

Qualifications

• Experience in electro-mechanical service and maintenance.
• Able to fault-find efficiently.
• Experience in water treatment or chemical/process industries preferred.

Responsibilities

Are you an electro-mechanical service or maintenance engineer looking for a position that can provide full training on industrial systems? Do you want to expand your skill set and progress your career? This company are a specialist process engineering design, maintenance and service company. They have over 15 years' experience serving the industrial wastewater treatment industry. In this role you will work alongside senior engineers to learn the systems. You will carry out electrical and mechanical maintenance to equipment ranging from control panels, motors, pumps and valves. All in all, this is a unique opportunity to gain advanced training within a very lucrative and niche industry with the opportunity to progress into leadership roles.

• Electro-mechanical service and maintenance experience
