Field Service Engineer / Service Engineer / Field Technician / Installation Engineer needed to join a manufacturer of packaging machinery equipment.

The Field Service Engineer / Service Engineer / Field Technician / Installation Engineer will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, training, maintenance, and repair of machinery at customer sites.

The Successful Field Service Engineer / Service Engineer / Field Technician / Installation Engineer will be willing to travel internationally and have an electro-mechanical background and experience working with pharmaceutical packaging systems.

Package:

• £35,000 - £45,000

The Role:

• The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for installation, commissioning, training, maintenance, and repair of machinery at customer sites.
• Liaise with various engineering departments.
• Follow detailed schematics/drawings.
• Provide technical support to customers.
• Work independently and as part of the team to meet project delivery dates.
• Regular International travel.

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Field Service Engineer / Service Engineer / Field Technician / Installation Engineer or similar position.
• Have an electro-mechanical background and experience working with pharmaceutical packaging systems (electrical bias).
• Experience with Turnkey projects.
• NVQ or higher but not required.
• Willing to travel internationally regularly.
• Commutable to Worcester.
