Overview

We are pleased to be working with our established client who are looking to recruit a Field Service Engineer to cover the West Midlands area to carry out service, repair and maintenance work on a wide range of equipment.

Responsibilities

• Carry out warranty work, general repair, service and maintenance on a wide range of equipment.
• Complete all relevant paperwork/administration and actively promote product/parts and services to existing customers.
• Be part of an out of hours call out rota.

Requirements

• Exemplary customer service and demonstrable experience in a similar role in the Automotive, Material Handling, LGV Engineering, Agricultural Engineering or Heavy Plant engineering industries.
• Apprenticeship or qualification in an engineering subject or demonstrable experience.
• Live within the West Midlands area.
• Flexible working approach and full driving licence.
