Job summary

Linde forklifts and other material handling equipment require skilled on-site maintenance. Find, diagnose, and rectify faults at customer sites to keep operations running smoothly.

The role covers preventative maintenance and servicing a range of equipment including pallet trucks, IC trucks, VNA trucks, and automated trucks. A technical background and strong attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical, electrical, or hydraulics engineering.
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent preferred.
• IT literate and record-keeping through technology.
• Full UK driving licence required.

Job description

• Work with small pallet trucks, IC trucks, VNA trucks, and automated trucks

Requirements

• Experience in at least one of the following areas: Mechanical engineering, Electrical engineering, Hydraulics
• NVQ level 3 (or equivalent) qualification, although this is not essential
• IT literate and able to use latest technology to keep accurate records and place orders
• Must hold a full UK driving licence
• Good communication skills to liaise with our customers and your internal colleagues
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Take pride in your work and complete tasks to the highest standard
• A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• A positive and can-do attitude
• Flexibility to adapt to the changing needs of the role
• A desire to be a Linde brand ambassador
