• Based within the North of England with easy access to major routes.

Responsibilities

• Travelling to customer sites across the North of England.
• Carrying out scheduled servicing of 2-axis & 3-axis Doosan CNC machines.
• Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs where needed.
• Building strong customer relationships while maintaining high service standards.

We re hiring for a Field Service Engineer to join a leading name in CNC machine tools and automation. Based from home and covering the North of England, you ll be joining a field-based team that supports some of the UK s most advanced manufacturing operations.

What will you be doing as a Field Service Engineer?

• Travelling to customer sites across the North of England
• Carrying out scheduled servicing of 2-axis & 3-axis Doosan CNC machines
• Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs where needed
• Building strong customer relationships while maintaining high service standards
• Following internal H&S and quality protocols

What do you need?

• A recognised engineering apprenticeship or qualification
• Strong knowledge of CNC milling and turning
• Experience servicing or maintaining CNC machine tools (ideally Doosan)
• Understanding of Fanuc, Siemens or Heidenhain controls (desirable)
• A proactive, solutions-focused attitude and strong communication skills
• Based within the North of England with easy access to major routes
