Job Summary

Chromalox is seeking a Field Service Engineer to join our team in the EMEAI region. The successful candidate will be responsible for commissioning and repairing low voltage electrical heaters. This role requires regular international travel across the EMEA region. Additionally, the Field Service Engineer will have sales responsibilities, advising customers on the best replacement products and selling Services Management Contracts.

Key Responsibilities

Amongst other duties, the main responsibilities of the job are:


•Commissioning and repairing low voltage electrical heaters.
•Providing technical support and troubleshooting for customers.
•Conducting regular maintenance and inspections of electrical heating systems.
•Advising customers on the best replacement products and solutions.
•Selling Services Management Contracts to customers.•Collaborating with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
•Maintaining detailed records of service activities and customer interactions.
•Ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.


Qualifications


•Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
•Minimum of 3 years of experience in field service engineering, preferably with electrical heaters.
•Strong technical knowledge of low voltage electrical systems.
•Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
•Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis.
•Sales experience and ability to identify customer needs and provide solutions.


Preferred Qualifications


•Experience with Chromalox products and services.
•Knowledge of EMEAI market and customer base.
•Fluency in multiple languages.
