A leading security solutions provider in the United Kingdom is looking for a Field Service Engineer to install and maintain electronic security systems. This role requires physical abilities, including climbing and lifting, and a high school diploma is necessary. You will also need to obtain a Secret clearance level. Field Service Engineer. Responsible for providing customer support through on-site product/solution installation and sustainment, including diagnosing, troubleshooting, service, and repair of security equipment and systems. Instructs customers in operation and maintenance and serves as the company liaison with the customer on administrative and technical matters for assigned locations. Interprets customer needs, defines next steps, and clarifies assignment of responsibility for problem resolution as needed. Includes any aspect of field support across system hardware, software, network, and other technical infrastructure components.

The proposed salary range for this position is: $47,900 - 95,600 USD.
