The Job

The main purpose of this role is to provide proactive and reactive service and maintenance of audio visual and Unified Communication equipment on customer premises throughout the UK and Europe.

You will be responsible for diagnosing faults, repairing, testing, implementing, and operating all aspects of audio visual, video conference, and Unified Communication systems.

Day-To-Day Responsibilities:
  • Fault finding and repair of AV/UC Systems at client premises.
  • Develop close relationships with clients to identify potential opportunities for service contracts, either independently or with colleagues.
  • Liaise with internal departments, clients, and contractors both in-house and on-site.
  • Provide courteous, comprehensive, and assistive service for all clients and their representatives.
  • Read and interpret electronic schematics and architectural blueprints.
  • Perform service tasks in a timely and quality-conscious manner, including installation and termination of cabling and hardware, in accordance with our service ticketing system.
