Qualifications

- Knowledge of laboratory, medical, or hospital equipment repair.
- Valid UK driving license.
Responsibilities
- Perform technical service activities to assigned products.
- Maintain stock of spares as indicated by the Service Manager.
- Travel flexibly to various site locations within the UK and Ireland.

Your challenges
- Consistently and accurately perform technical service activities to the product group to which you are assigned and are supplied by Eppendorf.
- Perform maintenance and repairs on customer site and in house.
- Complete service reports and documentation accurately.
- Maintain direct communication with the customer for the duration of the job.
- Maintain up to date, extensive knowledge of the development of assigned Eppendorf products with training tools provided.
- Manage stock of spares at the levels as indicated by the Service Manger
- You are flexible to travel to multiple site locations within the UK and Ireland which at times may involve overnight stays, sometimes at short notice.
Your expertise
- A strong technical background and education
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of repair and maintenance of laboratory, medical and/or hospital equipment
- Profound MS Office skills
- Valid UK driving license
- Effective communication skills, professional attitude towards putting the customer first.
- Be located within the central belt of the UK; Manchester, Leeds, Sheffield areas.
