Salary: basic £28,000 - £30,000 / £32,000 - £34,000 OTE + Company Van

Job Type: Permanent, Full Time

Travel Involved: West Midlands to Northern UK

As a Field Service Engineer, you'll be on the move covering regions from the West Midlands up to the North of the UK carrying out servicing and maintenance on machinery.

Responsibilities
  • Install and maintain equipment on and off-site
  • Provide clear technical knowledge and support over the telephone
  • Document all inspections, maintenance, repair work and submit paperwork
  • Possess and continue to ensure a solid level of technical knowledge of products
  • Join sales and application specialists on visits to new and existing customers
  • Ensure the Company ERP, CRM package and other tools are continuously updated
  • Service, calibrate and repair instrumentation to approved, class leading procedures
Skills & Experience
  • Must have previous experience in service and maintenance of equipment
  • Ideal candidate will have a proven engineering orientated education/ work experience
  • Must have a valid clean drivers licence
  • Must be prepared to proactively cover a large territory including the Midlands, up to and including Scotland, and on occasion other UK locations and Ireland
