Right Now Group are currently partnered with an International Engineering client and industry leader who are recruiting within their Field Service Engineering team across the UK after a continued period of sustained growth.
No experience is required! However, if you are an experienced field-based Engineer/Technician or have previous hands-on experience/qualifications within any of the following areas, then this would be beneficial:
- Aviation or Car Mechanics
- Electronics Engineering
- Re-manufacturing/Assembly
- General Maintenance
- Facilities Maintenance
IMPORTANT: Full training will be provided as well as a company van - please note all applicants must have a full driver's license and be open to travel.
Salary: £26k - £30k + Overtime available x1.5 Saturday, x2 Sunday + Events allowances.
Role Type: Full-Time Permanent
Location: London / South East Region - field-based
Role Description:
- Investigate technical issues and resolve them while realizing opportunities appropriate to the business needs of the specific customer.
- Install, maintain, and survey dispense systems.
- Comply with all relevant health and safety legislation.
- Complete paperwork accurately and on time.
- Provide support required for internal and external customers.
- Manage tight deadlines for physical and administrative aspects of the role.
- Provide Out of Hours reactive maintenance cover as part of the field service company rota.
- Have previous experience in a Field Service Engineering or Technician role.
- Possess mechanical knowledge and previous experience in maintenance or some form of mechanics/engineering.
- Experience in working out on the road from a van or car.
- Flexible approach to working hours and days.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Have good problem-solving acumen.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
