Right Now Group is currently partnered with a leader who is recruiting within their Field Service Engineering team in the North Midlands/Staffordshire region after a period of sustained growth.

If you consider yourself suitable for a Field Service role with a focus on white goods and want to work within an organization that sets reasonable expectations and values its staff, this could be the role for you.

Ideal Experience:

• Electrical Engineering background or experience using a multimeter, with relevant qualifications such as City & Guilds - NVQ or equivalent
• Experience in repairing or installing catering, kitchen, white goods, industrial equipment, or domestic appliances such as microwaves, ovens, etc.

IMPORTANT: Full training will be provided, along with a company van. Please note that all applicants must have a full driving license due to the nature of this role.

Salary: £32,000 - £35,000

Role Type: Full-Time Permanent

Location: Chester/Crewe/Stoke/Stafford — North Midlands/Staffordshire region

Standby pay of £50 is provided for being on call on Sundays and bank holidays. Note that bank holidays are voluntary and not part of the 1 in 4 rota.

On-call rates:

• Monday to Friday: 1.5x basic hourly rate after 8.5 hours
• Saturday: 1.5x basic hourly rate for all hours worked
• Sunday: 2.0x basic hourly rate for all hours worked
• Bank Holidays: 2.5x basic hourly rate for all hours worked
