Responsibilities:
  1. Performing field missions at customers (repair, installation, maintenance) with the required tools, technologies, and documentation.
  2. Informing dispatcher/planner in case of deviation from target time and notifying when mission is finished.
  3. Spare part identification during missions.
  4. Providing information for mission classification changes: billable, warranty, goodwill. Inform supervisors in case of damages to machine based on customers' fault.
  5. In-house service.
  6. Perform briefing after an installation and complex repairs.
  7. Send back spare parts and tools after mission.
  8. Lead engineer for complex installations.
  9. Reporting tasks to project manager during complex installations.
