As a Field Customer Support Specialist based in the South East/London region, you will support customers across various lab-based scientific sectors, making your role diverse and interesting—no two days are the same!

Responsibilities

What do our Field Customer Support Specialists do? Here are some key responsibilities:

  • Install, qualify, validate, calibrate, maintain, and repair Waters systems.
  • Analyze and review system and scientific data to identify problems and recommend corrective actions.
  • Coordinate problem resolution with our matrix teams to expedite repairs and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage customer expectations by communicating work performed and follow-up plans if needed.
  • Build strong rapport and trusted advisor relationships with customers, providing advice and support on Waters products and services, and identifying opportunities for further laboratory advancements.
