We re working on behalf of a leading UK-based engineering business to find a proactive Field Service Engineer.

This hands-on role is ideal for someone with a background in mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, or electrical systems. You ll be covering a field-based region, carrying out planned servicing, diagnostics, and repair work on industrial vehicles.

What you ll be doing:

  • Perform routine maintenance and fault diagnosis
  • Use diagnostic tools and gauges effectively
  • Accurately complete service reports and schedules
  • Maintain van stock and ensure vehicle compliance
  • Liaise with customers and the service team
  • Follow health and safety practices on all sites

What we re looking for:

  • Strong technical skills across mechanical/electrical/hydraulic systems
  • Excellent customer communication and time management
  • Confident working independently across various locations
  • Full UK driving licence
