Field Service Engineer

£33,903 - £38,423 depending on experience

In this role, you’ll visit customers in their homes across Loughton and surrounding areas, troubleshoot and repair appliances, and ensure customer satisfaction. You’ll manage your schedule, keep customers and colleagues updated, and monitor stock levels in your van daily.

A full, valid driving license is required. You will have opportunities to earn bonuses through product upselling. The ideal candidate is organized, communicates effectively, and is dedicated to delivering excellent service.

Experience as a White Goods Engineer is preferred but not essential. We value self-motivation, strong technical skills, and excellent customer service skills. Our City and Guilds-approved in-house training will prepare you to excel in this role.

Salary details:

• £33,903 per annum for candidates without White Goods/ Domestic Appliance experience, with potential to earn up to £38,423 once trained and qualified.
• £38,423 per annum starting salary for candidates with at least 6 months recent White Goods Engineering experience.
