FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER - ELECTRICAL BIAS (FOOD/FMCG)

HINCKLEY AREA (SITE & SERVICE)

We are looking for a motivated field service engineer to join a market leading manufacturing company in their respective field. Reporting directly to the service manager you will be a key member in ensuring the production facility is kept running. You will be involved in all aspects of planned and reactive maintenance within their operation. With progressive training and development this company is always is always looking to enhance its employees and their skill sets, whilst additionally being supported by a welcoming team of engineers. The position will appeal to a strong engineer looking for their next challenging role within in a secure and stable company.

Role Description

- Multi-skilled electrical or refrigeration field service work

• Design, develop, and implement electrical systems and components for machinery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues in a timely manner.
• Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of electrical systems.
• Travel to client sites for installation, maintenance, and support of electrical systems and machinery.
• Maintain accurate documentation of engineering processes, reports, and maintenance logs.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in electrical engineering technologies.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (not essential)
• Proven experience in electrical engineering, preferably in a machinery or industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, controls, and troubleshooting techniques.
