Our client is a family‑run business supplying high‑quality commercial coffee machines, boiling taps, and water dispensers to workplaces nationwide. Known for their fast, friendly service and genuine team spirit, they’re now looking for a Field Service Engineer to join their expanding service team.

What you’ll be doing

No two days are the same — you’ll be out on the road, visiting offices and workplaces to :

• Service, sanitise, and maintain coffee machines, boiling taps, and water dispensers
• Carry out installations, commissioning, and breakdown repairs
• Ensure every cup and glass tastes as good as it should
• Provide hands‑on training and advice to customers
• Keep clear service records and manage van stock efficiently

What we’re looking for

You’re practical, reliable, and enjoy solving problems on the go. You’ll need :

• 2+ years’ experience working with coffee machines, water dispensers, vending machines, or similar equipment
• Strong electro‑mechanical and fault‑finding skills
