This is for candidates living within the M25 area.

An exciting opportunity to join a market leader in the manufacture of professional coffee machines as a Field Service Engineer, covering Romford and surrounding areas.

Due to ongoing expansion and growth plans, they are looking to expand their Field Service Engineering team within and around Romford and nearby areas.

Job Description

The main responsibility of the Field Service Engineer is to install, service, and repair traditional and automatic coffee machines to high standards, accurately recording all work conducted for invoicing purposes.

The Role

  • Installing and setting up coffee equipment at customer premises.
  • Demonstrating the equipment to customers.
  • Carrying out routine servicing at customer sites.
  • Administering installation, service, and repair activities accurately through company systems.
  • Supporting the organization of work routines within the team.
  • Managing time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Delivering excellent customer service consistently.

Experience Required

  • Previous electrical and mechanical experience.
  • Mechanical and/or electrical qualification is preferred.
  • Ability to show initiative and adapt to changing requirements.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow company procedures and client specifications safely and accurately.
  • Ability to work to deadlines and manage time effectively.
  • Willingness to learn and attend training.
