Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Field Service Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing on-site technical support, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Endress+Hauser products and solutions. Your expertise will ensure our customers' systems are operating efficiently and effectively, contributing to their overall operational success.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Install, calibrate, maintain, and repair Endress+Hauser instrumentation and automation systems.
  2. Perform on-site diagnostics and troubleshooting to resolve technical issues.
  3. Provide technical support and training to customers on product usage and best practices.
  4. Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
  5. Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and customer satisfaction.
  6. Maintain detailed service reports and documentation.
  7. Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve service delivery.

Qualifications
  1. Qualifications in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Instrumentation, or a related field.
  2. Experience in field service, technical support, or a related role within the process automation industry.
  3. Strong knowledge of instrumentation, control systems, and automation technologies.
  4. Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  7. Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites within the assigned region.
  8. Valid driver's license.
