Job summary

Future Engineering Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Field Service Engineer in Crawley to deliver field-based service, maintenance and audits of industrial assets. The role includes hands-on site work, electrical testing, and reporting, with a focus on safety and customer-specific requirements.

The successful candidate will have a mechanical or electrical engineering background, a full driving licence and a willingness to travel regionally.

Qualifications

• IT skills and the ability to use tablets/software on-site.

Responsibilities

• Field-based service, maintenance and audits of industrial assets (separators, tanks, pumps, etc.).
• Hands-on site work including inspecting manholes, control panels, filters, and probes.
• Electrical continuity testing, stripping out/installing control panels.
• Working within confined spaces and producing integrity reports.
• Complying with safety, regulatory and customer-specific requirements.
• Promoting safe practices and high standards across all customer sites.

Your Role As A Field Service Engineer Will Include:

• Field-based service, maintenance and audits of industrial assets (separators, tanks, pumps, etc.)

As A Field Service Engineer You Will Have:

• Hands-on problem-solving approach with a strong work ethic
• Previous experience with pumping stations, separators, or water systems preferred
• Full driving license and willingness to travel regionally
• IT skills and the ability to use tablets/software on-site
