From our Operations Centre in Crawley, West Sussex, we employ highly skilled Field Service Engineers who travel across the country to service our coffee machines. Our facilities include a Customer Service Centre, Service Module Remanufacturing, Logistics Support, and Warehousing, based out of Crawley.

We are currently hiring for one Field Service Technician based in London to meet growing demand. To apply, use the links below based on your location:
Previous experience with commercial espresso equipment maintenance is preferred but not essential. A positive, 'can-do' attitude, technical dexterity, and ability to work independently are required. IT knowledge is beneficial due to advanced communication and programming software involved. Full training will be provided.
A valid driving license is required; a clean license is preferred, but up to 6 points may be considered. A clean criminal record is mandatory for security reasons.
Working hours: 08:30 - 17:30, Monday to Friday. Support for 1 in 4 weekends is required.
Salary: Starting from £38,400 per annum (including a Regular Attendance Bonus), with additional pay for weekend work.
Overtime and subsistence payments are provided.
Annual leave: 20 days first year, 22 days plus bank holidays second year, increasing up to 25 days with service.
Benefits include a company van with fuel and a company card.
