Job Opportunity: Field Service Sales Engineer

Location: Chichester, West Sussex (with coverage in Hampshire, West Sussex, East Sussex, London, Surrey, Dorset, Kent, Wiltshire)

Position: Full Time / Permanent, 39 – 45 hours per week

Responsibilities:

• Repair & maintain food processing equipment such as Vacuum Packers, Meat Mincers, Sausage Fillers, Electric Ovens, Food Slicers, Meat Bandsaws, Electronic Weighing Scales (including PC-based machines), and other food prep equipment at customer sites. Also perform workshop repairs and refurbishments. Customers include butchers, wholesale butchers, delis, farm shops, convenience stores, kitchens, and green grocers.
• Sell new and pre-owned food processing machinery and weighing scales, service contracts, and spare parts.

Requirements:

• Training or experience in mechanical and electrical engineering.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Compensation:

Starting from £25,000 per year, with commissions on machinery, parts, and service contract sales (percentage of sales).
