  • Install, commission, troubleshoot, and service Cathelco and HEM products worldwide.
  • Provide excellent technical support and service to customers.
  • Diagnose issues quickly, resolving them effectively under tight timelines.
  • Prepare clear and accurate service reports.
  • Work onboard vessels while maintaining the highest safety standards.
  • Support the Service team in adopting new tools, software, and practices.

What You’ll Do
  • Install, commission, troubleshoot, and service Cathelco and HEM products worldwide.
  • Provide excellent technical support and service to customers.
  • Diagnose issues quickly, resolving them effectively under tight timelines.
  • Prepare clear and accurate service reports.
  • Work onboard vessels while maintaining the highest safety standards.
  • Support the Service team in adopting new tools, software, and practices.
  • Carry out engineering analysis during installations and troubleshooting.

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.

Desirable:

  • Background in Electrical and/or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Offshore certifications (e.g., BOSIET or equivalent).
