Job summary

Pioneer Selection – Manufacturing & Industry Recruitment Specialists is seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to join a leading materials handling business. The role covers the Cotswolds area (Gloucester, Worcester, Cheltenham).

You will diagnose, service and repair forklift trucks and MHE, travelling across a local patch with strong support and ongoing manufacturer training. The position offers overtime, commission, full training, a company van with a fuel card, door-to-door pay for

Qualifications

• Must have hands on Servicing or Maintenance experience.
• Maintenance experience of Forklift Trucks or Mobile Plant Machinery or HGVs or industrial vehicles.
• Hands-on experience in Electrical, Mechanical and Hydraulics.
• Recognised Engineering Qualification.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service and repair forklift trucks and MHE on a local patch.
• Manage your diary and travel between sites with a company van.
• Carry out diagnostics, servicing, maintenance and breakdown repairs on customer sites.

Job Title - Field Service Engineer

Salary: Basic = £32,000 - £35,000, OTE = £35k - £40k.

Shift: Monday to Friday - 40 Hours

You'll be out on the road carrying out diagnostics, servicing, maintenance and breakdown repairs, with the freedom to manage your own diary and keep your working day varied. Non-Negotiable Requirements of Field Service Engineer:

• Must have hands on Servicing or Maintenance Experience

Essential requirements of Field Service Engineer:

• Maintenance experience of Forklift Trucks or Mobile Plant Machinery or HGV's or industrial Vehicles.
• Have hands-on experience in the following disciplines: Electrical, Mechanical and Hydraulics.
• Recognised Engineering Qualification.
• Full UK Driving License

Desirable Requirements of Field Service Engineer:

• Previously have worked as a Field Service Engineer.
• Minimum Level 3 Qualification in Engineering.
