Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated team member to manage our estate of photobooths, photo printing machines, and key cutting machines. Full training and a company vehicle will be provided.

Location: Within approximately 10 miles of Chelmsford, with travel around surrounding areas for servicing.

Work Details

This role involves 45 hours per week, working 5 days out of 7. It is more than a field service engineer position; it offers a rewarding and lively work environment focused on customer satisfaction and team energy.

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting salary of £26,770, rising to £28,000 after probation
• Uncapped monthly bonus, often around £500

Key Responsibilities

• Replenish and restock machines
• Perform preventative service visits
• Site surveys for installations
• Clean machines for optimal condition
• Manage cash removals and deposits
• Carry out repairs and maintenance
• Manage stock both on-site and in vehicles
• Support other engineers as needed
• Build positive relationships with partners and customers
• Maintain professional appearance and leave machines in excellent condition
