Job summary

Clear Engineering Recruitment Ltd is recruiting a Field Service Engineer specialising in power generation in Canterbury. The role offers a competitive base salary (£37,000 - £38,750) plus overtime, a company vehicle and extensive training.

You will service and maintain CHP, gas engines and renewable energy systems for a growing client base. You will work on electrical fault finding, PLCs and drives, with a Monday to Friday pattern covering the surrounding territory.

Qualifications

• Experience with 450KW+ plants and CHP/Gas Engines.
• Background as Service Engineer/Maintenance Engineer/Marine Engineer is required.
• Electrical or Mechanical qualifications or time served (NVQ, HNC or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Service, maintenance, and breakdowns of CHP, GAS engines and renewable energy systems.
• Electrical fault finding and repairs (ComAp, three phase, drives, motors, PLC).
• Customer facing role with field duties.
• Monday to Friday covering surrounding territory.
