Overview

Field Service Engineer FMCG & Manufacturing FocusLocation: Across the UK - Mainly East Midlands based. Salary: GBP49,000 + Company vehicle, overtime and travel cost. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30.

You’re a hands-on engineer with experience in FMCG or manufacturing environments, passionate about keeping production lines, machinery, and facilities running smoothly. You thrive on problem-solving, enjoy variety in your day, and take pride in seeing results fast. This is a field service role, meaning you’ll be traveling between client sites rather than being based at a single location.

The Role
  • Maintain, repair, and optimise mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems across multiple production and manufacturing sites.
  • Respond quickly to service calls be the go-to technical hero.
  • Conduct inspections, diagnostics, and safety checks.
  • Keep accurate service records and report progress.
  • Support efficiency and sustainability initiatives on site.
