Job summary

TSG UK is seeking a Field Service Engineer to diagnose faults, repair commercial wash equipment, and install new systems at customer sites across the region.

This hands-on role rewards proactive problem-solving, customer focus, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team, with specialist equipment training provided.

Starting salaries range from 28k to 33k, with on-call options and overtime opportunities, with preference for candidates based in or near the Glastonbury area.

Qualifications

• H hands-on field service experience or strong hobby background in mechanics or electronics.
• Ability to diagnose faults, repair equipment, and install systems on site.
• Excellent communication to build customer relationships and provide clear updates.

Responsibilities

• Install brand-new systems and commission them on site.
