Job summary

Kings is seeking an Area Install Supervisor to support the Installation Manager and teams in delivering projects on time and within budget. You will provide high level field technical expertise across Intruder, CCTV, Access Control and Fire Alarm where applicable.

The role involves a mix of installing and supervising, with travel to site and a focus on safety, quality, and customer service. Strong communication and problem solving are essential.

Qualifications

Customer focused and excellent people skills.
PC literate and able to use standard software.
Technical knowledge across Intruder, CCTV, Access Control.
Understanding NSI standards and project delivery.
Experience in installation across multiple disciplines.

Responsibilities

Support the Installation Manager in all aspects of the business.
Role is 60% installing and 40% supervising; workload may change.
Assist schedulers with engineer skill matrix to optimise performance.
Attend operations and pre-start meetings; monitor larger installs via site visits.
Ensure health, safety and welfare per company policy.
Provide reports and feedback on subcontractor installations.
