Job summary

G's Group, based in Cambridgeshire, seeks a Future Farming Technician for field-based regenerative agriculture work. You will conduct trials, collect data, and translate observations into practical farming insights.

You will build and maintain Johnson-Su bioreactors, support trial setups, and help communicate results across the farming team. A biosciences or agriculture degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in biosciences or agriculture (or equivalent).
• Experience in farming, growing or horticulture preferred.
• Enjoy collecting data in the field rather than spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Carry out regenerative trials in the field and support biofermentation workstreams.
• Build and maintain Johnson-Su bioreactors.
• Support trials from setup to data collection and interpretation.
• Work with growers and farm managers and with trials coordinators and placements.
• Communicate findings clearly to the farming team and attend workshops.
